DSCN2986.jpg (52722 bytes)Mike (Norm or Bobby to the band) first learned guitar country pickin' style, and then went through the same fads every other guitarist of our era went through: blues to Van Halen to really fast metal to hair band to grunge back to blues etc. etc.  Now he picks songs with an ear for what the fairer persuasion likes to hear.  His playing style leans toward rhythm, creating a full sound to bridge everything together.  But he can pull off a heck of a lead when you least expect it.  He owns the sound system, which is weird because Mike's good, despite the rule of thumb where the guy who can't play owns all the equipment so that way he can't be fired.  Off the stage, Mike lives up to the Large Midget oxymoron:  he holds several US Patents yet somehow managed to crazy-glue his foot to the floor while repairing a guitar.
