German, Catholic, Cubs fan.  He's an off the shelf Iowan.  I met Pete in high school, where he was the class clown.  Once the band director took his sticks away in front of the whole concert band.  But if there's any truth that ADD can be outgrown, Pete's proof.  He's a "less is more" kind of drummer, so he won't risk the beat to prove anything.  You'd think all drummers would understand but guess again.  He's known to be late so we give him a fake early time to show up, and there are those moments on stage when we stand back and say "Damn, Pete!" for reasons known only to us.  You may not see much of him when he's behind the kit, but listen to him ramble between songs.   The three things most said - "Ken you're a freak!"  "How does that one go again?"  "Get em out!"
